Job Role & Responsibilities

DMPK Research Associate / Scientist – 1 to 3 Years

• Conduct in-vitro ADME assays including stability, solubility, metabolic profiling, plasma protein binding, drug–drug interaction and Caco-2 permeability.
• Perform bioanalytical sample preparation using established SOPs.
• Acquire, integrate and interpret LC-MS/MS data with accuracy and data integrity.
• Compile experimental results, maintain raw data and prepare study summaries.
• Draft study plans and technical reports for internal and client communication.
• Maintain laboratory instruments, calibration logs and daily operational checks.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, GLP expectations and documentation standards.

These responsibilities require strong analytical discipline, scientific judgement and familiarity with in-vitro screening workflows.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in DMPK, ADME, bioanalytics or LC-MS/MS operations.
• Education: M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmacology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences) or related fields.
• Good understanding of in-vitro ADME principles, enzyme kinetics and permeability models.
• Experience operating LC-MS/MS systems (Waters/Sciex preferred) and data integration software.
• Strong documentation discipline and ability to follow GLP-aligned workflows.

Relevant Courses (comma-separated): M.Sc Pharmacology, M.Sc Pharmaceutical Sciences, M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Biochemistry, PG Diploma in Bioanalytics, LC-MS/MS Certification, In-Vitro ADME Training.
