Job Role & Responsibilities
Trainee Research Associate – Bioanalytical Department
- Perform in-process quality control activities for ongoing bioanalytical studies.
- Review raw data, chromatograms, and reports generated during method validation and routine studies.
- Check calibration status and labelling of instruments and equipment as per GLP requirements.
- Monitor day-to-day laboratory activities for compliance with SOPs and GLP.
- Verify concentration data of subject samples before release to the PK department.
- Generate, control, and maintain SOPs for analytical methods.
- Handle logbooks and ensure proper archival of completed records.
- Perform routine glassware validation and monitor lab temperature and humidity.
- Calibrate pipettes and multipettes as per schedules.
- Support and coordinate SOP-based training programs for lab personnel.
- Maintain lab hygiene and assist in disposal of non-bio and bio-waste as per guidelines.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Organic Chemistry.
- Year of Passing: 2023, 2024, 2025 only.
- Requirement: Must possess all original certificates at the time of interview.
- Commitment: Minimum two-year service commitment.
- Skills Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of analytical chemistry and chromatographic techniques
- Understanding of GLP, SOPs, and clinical research documentation
- Good observation skills, discipline, and willingness to learn
