Job Role & Responsibilities
Production – Operator / Senior Operator
- Execute routine shop‑floor activities in injectable manufacturing.
- Operate equipment for filtration, filling, sealing, stoppering, ophthalmic processing, suspension handling, and lyophilisation.
- Support batch changeovers, equipment cleaning, and aseptic behaviour compliance.
- Maintain production records, in‑process checks, and basic GMP documentation.
Production – Senior Officer / Executive
- Supervise sterile manufacturing operations in injectable production lines.
- Oversee filtration, filling, sealing, and lyophilisation processes.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and engineering teams for smooth batch execution.
- Ensure adherence to QMS elements including deviations, CAPA, training, and equipment qualification.
- Train operators and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and sterile area guidelines.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Operator / Senior Operator: B.Sc / ITI / Diploma with 2–6 years injectable shop‑floor experience.
- Senior Officer / Executive: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc with 2–6 years sterile manufacturing experience.
Required Skills
- Hands‑on injectable production experience.
- Understanding of aseptic behaviour, cleanroom practices, and controlled area discipline.
- Knowledge of filtration, filling, sealing, stoppering, ophthalmic processing, suspensions, lyophilisation.
- Ability to handle equipment, documentation, and in‑process compliance.
Relevant courses (comma-separated): B.Pharm, M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Chemistry, B.Sc Life Sciences, ITI Mechanical, ITI Electrical, Diploma in Pharmacy, Certificate in Sterile Manufacturing, Certificate in GMP.
