Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Department (Lyophilizer / Filling / Capping / Packing / Inspection & Leak Detection)

• Operate lyophilizers, filling lines, and aseptic equipment.
• Manage capping, sealing, and packing operations.
• Perform visual inspection and leak detection handling.
• Follow cGMP, batch documentation, and line clearance procedures.
• Support equipment changeover and in-process checks.
• Supervise operators and coordinate shift activities.

Engineering Department (HVAC / Water System / Utility)

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems for controlled environments.
• Handle water system operations including PW/RO/soft water units.
• Maintain utilities such as compressors, boilers, and chillers.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure calibration, equipment qualification, and compliance documentation.
• Support audits, safety checks, and continuous improvement.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Production:

• ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm
• 2–8 years experience in sterile/OSD/lyophilized product manufacturing
• Exposure to filling, packing, capping, inspection, or Lyo operations

Engineering:

• ITI, Diploma, B.Tech
• 2–8 years experience in HVAC, utilities, or pharmaceutical engineering systems

Relevant Courses: ITI (Fitter/Electrician), Diploma Mechanical/Electrical, B.Pharm, B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical.
