Job Role & Responsibilities
These positions focus on supporting sterile production, handling materials, and maintaining cleanroom standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day sterile manufacturing activities as per SOPs.
- Handle basic chemical mixing, raw material preparation, and batch setup.
- Monitor process parameters and enter accurate production data.
- Support in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with GMP and GLP.
- Maintain equipment used in BFS, vial, ampoule, and bottle production.
- Follow aseptic protocols and cleanroom discipline.
- Help with packing, line clearance, deviation reporting, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.
These responsibilities are suited for candidates who want exposure to high-volume sterile manufacturing and compliance-driven environments.
Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education
- B.Sc, M.Sc
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Relevant courses include Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotechnology Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Technology.
Experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience in parenteral manufacturing (vial, bag, ampoules, glass or plastic bottles, BFS technology).
- Experience in production, packing, compliance, remediation, or quality systems (CCN, CAPA, investigations) is preferred.
