Job Role & Responsibilities

The Associate – Production (Nasal) role involves supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, and meeting regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain nasal filling machines (DARA / Groninger).
• Support batch preparation, material handling, and sterilization processes.
• Follow SOPs, maintain equipment logs, and update batch records.
• Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, and internal audit requirements.
• Assist in line clearance, cleaning validation, and in-process monitoring.
• Coordinate with QA and engineering teams for routine checks.
• Adhere to safety protocols, cleanroom discipline, and hygiene standards.

These responsibilities require prior experience with sterile or nasal formulations, strong documentation skills, and comfort working in regulated manufacturing environments.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education

• D.Pharm
