Job Role & Responsibilities

Trainees will receive department-specific training while supporting routine activities under supervision.

Key Responsibilities (Department-wise)

Manufacturing – Injectables

• Assist in formulation and filling operations.
• Support vial/water system handling and sterile area discipline.
• Follow cGMP and cleanroom procedures.

AR&D

• Support analytical method development activities.
• Assist in sample preparation and documentation.

Quality Control & Microbiology

• Perform basic laboratory tests under supervision.
• Maintain lab records, sample logs, and hygiene practices.

Engineering

• Support mechanical/electrical maintenance tasks.
• Assist in equipment handling, calibration, and utilities monitoring.

Packing & Warehouse

• Assist in materials handling, dispensing, and packing line operations.
• Maintain stock records and follow safety norms.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education

• ITI (all trades)
• Diploma – Mechanical, Electrical
• B.Sc (All streams)
• M.Sc (All streams)
• B.Pharm
• B.Tech – Mechanical, Electrical

Relevant courses: Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biochemistry, Life Sciences.

Experience

• Freshers only: 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass‑outs.
• Only male candidates are eligible as per company requirement.

Skills & Attributes
