Job Role & Responsibilities

The Clinical Data Management Associate will support end-to-end data management activities across global studies. Responsibilities include:

• Performing manual data cleaning and supporting ongoing data reconciliation
• Reviewing clinical data for accuracy, completeness, and protocol compliance
• Working closely with EDC systems—RAVE experience is strongly preferred
• Using analytical tools such as Excel, R, Python, or SAS for dataset handling
• Ensuring timely delivery of data management outputs for Phase III and Phase IV studies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies

Eligibility / Qualifications

Education: BSc in Applied Sciences, Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Biology, Pharmacy, or relevant health sciences fields (courses such as BSc Biotechnology, BSc Biochemistry, BSc Microbiology, BSc Life Sciences)

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in Clinical Data Management

Skills:

• Certification as a RAVE Builder (mandatory)
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, R, Python, or SAS
• Hands-on data cleaning experience
• Exposure to large global studies (Phase III and IV)
• Familiarity with EDC systems, especially RAVE
