Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing – Fresher Operators

Qualification: Diploma Pharmacy / Diploma Mechanical (2024 & 2025 pass-outs)
Requirements: Minimum 60% academic score, no backlogs.

• Support production line activities for injectable manufacturing.
• Operate basic equipment under supervision.
• Learn GMP workflows, documentation practices, and compliance standards.
• Assist in washing, filling, sealing, and material handling activities.

2. Manufacturing – Experienced Operators

Qualification: Any Diploma / B.Sc (2–8 years experience)

• Operate vial filling, washing, capping, sealing, compounding, terminal sterilization, and stopper processing equipment.
• Maintain compliance with GMP and USFDA regulatory expectations.
• Perform routine monitoring, documentation, and equipment handling.
• Support batch execution and report deviations.

3. Manufacturing – Compliance Roles (QMS)

Qualification: M.Pharm (6–10 yrs) / B.Pharm (8–12 yrs)

• Manage quality systems including risk management, change controls, deviations, CAPA, investigations, and audit support.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory adherence, and GMP compliance.
• Participate in inspections, process audits, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in injectable manufacturing is mandatory.

4. Senior Equipment Specialists (SES) – Visual Inspection

Qualification: Diploma Mechanical (8–10 yrs) / B.Tech Mechanical (6–8 yrs)

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement equipment reliability plans.
• Record equipment performance, root cause findings, and action plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment readiness and compliance.
