Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – OSD

Granulation

Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 1–6 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• Execute granulation activities as per BMR and SOPs.
• Operate granulators, blenders, and multi-mill equipment.
• Ensure process consistency, in-process checks, and documentation.

Compression

Position: Officer / Senior Officer / Operator
Experience: 1–6 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / 12th / ITI

• Operate compression machines, tooling, and change parts.
• Monitor tablet weight, hardness, thickness, and overall quality.
• Comply with GMP standards and maintain process records.

Production – Ointment

Tube Filling / Packing

Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 1–6 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• Handle tube filling, sealing, and packing operations.
• Ensure smooth batch operations and equipment readiness.
• Maintain documentation and follow safety protocols.

Operator Role
Qualification: 12th / ITI

• Assist in machine operation, cleaning, and material handling.
• Support packing activities as per SOP.

Quality Control – Finished Goods (HPLC – Chromeleon Software)

Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 1–6 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc

• Perform FG testing using HPLC and Chromeleon software.
• Conduct analytical tests and maintain chromatographic data.
• Follow GLP, ensure traceable documentation, and support investigations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm for Officer & Sr. Officer roles.
• 12th / ITI for Operator positions.
• M.Sc eligible for QC roles.
• 1–6 years of hands-on experience in relevant sections.
• Strong understanding of GMP, documentation, and equipment handling.
