Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Formulation (OSD)

Positions: Technical Associate
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
Experience: 2–6 years

Sections: Granulation, Compression, Bulk Packing, Blister Packing

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor OSD production equipment.
• Execute granulation, compression and packing activities.
• Maintain batch records, equipment logs and ensure GMP compliance.
• Support line clearance, cleaning and in‑process checks.

Engineering – OSD

Position: Technician
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 2–6 years (Plant Maintenance / Process / HVAC)

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
• Handle HVAC systems, utilities and process equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs and support engineering compliance.

R&D – CRD

Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: PhD
Experience: 2–5 years

Responsibilities:

• Work on formulation development and CRD projects.
• Design experiments and maintain research documentation.
• Support technology transfer and scale-up activities.

R&D – AMD (API)

Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: M.Sc
Experience: 2–5 years in Analytical Method Development – API

Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate analytical methods for API.
• Operate HPLC/GC and support routine analysis.
• Maintain analytical documentation and ensure compliance.

QA – API (AQA)

Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: M.Sc / Analytical Chemistry
Experience: 2–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Perform AQA checks for API manufacturing.
• Review data, documentation and analytical records.
• Support compliance, investigations and QMS activities.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / B.Sc for OSD Production roles.
• PhD for CRD R&D roles.
• M.Sc for AMD & AQA roles.
• 2–6 years of experience depending on the position.
• Strong understanding of GMP, documentation and regulated‑market expectations.
