Job Role & Responsibilities
Production – Extraction (API Division)
Professionals will work on end‑to‑end extraction processes in API manufacturing. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating downstream extraction systems at large scale.
- Managing distillation, solvent recovery and purification operations.
- Handling large extraction and downstream equipment.
- Monitoring batch parameters to ensure API quality and yield.
- Maintaining GMP documentation and safety compliance.
Fermentation – Microbiology
Candidates with fermentation and microbiology experience will support microbial production processes, including:
- Operating fermentation systems for antibiotics, statins and enzyme production.
- Managing microbial culture preparation, inoculation and aseptic handling.
- Performing microbiology lab activities for fermentation monitoring.
- Troubleshooting process deviations and ensuring quality control.
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) – MEE / Biological ETP
Roles involve managing high‑load wastewater treatment and environmental compliance:
- Operating anaerobic treatment systems and biological ETP setups.
- Running MEE, ATFD and RO units for effluent management.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and environmental monitoring.
