Job Role & Responsibilities

Executive – QC Microbiology (2–5 Years)

This role focuses on microbiological testing, monitoring, and documentation within a sterile manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Environmental monitoring of cleanroom areas and preparation of trend reports
• Isolation and identification of in-house microbial isolates
• Operation, qualification, validation, and performance verification of microbiology instruments
• Bacterial endotoxin testing (BET) of water, raw materials, packaging materials, and product samples
• Executing method validation for endotoxin testing and challenge studies
• Documentation and data recording as per cGMP and microbiology compliance standards
• Supporting routine QC operations for sterile and biotech products

Candidates must have experience in an injectable or biotech manufacturing setup.

Senior Executive – QC Microbiology (6–10 Years)

This position is documentation- and review-intensive, requiring advanced microbiology QC knowledge and LIMS exposure.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing all electronic records and testing activities through LIMS
• Online review and approval of sterility, BET, water, bioburden, and environmental monitoring tests
• Reviewing LIMS master data, IQ, OQ, and PQ documents for the microbiology module
• Troubleshooting LIMS-related operational issues and supporting routine digital workflows
• Ensuring compliance with data integrity, audit readiness, and global regulatory expectations

This role is ideal for candidates experienced in managing QC documentation in sterile manufacturing.
