Job Role & Responsibilities
DMPK
- Conduct in vivo pharmacokinetic studies, interpret PK datasets, and support early drug discovery.
- Review ADME/PK and bioanalysis study reports.
- Work with modelling/simulation tools such as PK‑PD, PBPK, GastroPlus, Simcyp, PK‑SIM, and R.
- Support transporter and hepatocyte-based studies including uptake, inhibition, and metabolism.
- Perform assays for solubility, LogD, PPB, GSH, microsomal stability, CYP inhibition, and permeability models (MDCK, Caco‑2).
- Contribute to IND‑enabling ADME/PK workflows.
Process R&D
- Execute lab‑scale development for APIs and intermediates.
- Perform experiments related to process optimisation, reaction understanding, analytical support, and scale‑up.
- Prepare development reports and support technology transfer.
Particle Science & Engineering
- Work on crystallisation, polymorphism, and particle engineering studies.
- Support PAT, modelling, and scale‑up initiatives.
- Assist in development of robust particle science workflows supporting formulation and manufacturing.
Eligibility / Qualifications
DMPK
- MSc / MPharm / PhD in Pharmacology, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology.
- 2–12 years of DMPK/ADME/PK experience.
Process R&D
- MSc with 2–8 years of experience.
- PhD with 0–3 years of experience.
Particle Science & Engineering
- MSc / MPharm with 2–8 years of experience.
Relevant programmes include: MSc Pharmacology, MSc Biotechnology, MSc Biochemistry, MPharm Pharmacology, MPharm Pharmaceutical Sciences, PhD Pharmacology, PhD Biotechnology.
