Job Role & Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, interpret, and enter payer restriction information across therapeutic areas.
- Use Gen AI tools for accurate data extraction and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Restrictions team to maintain consistency and interpretation standards.
- Organize and store supportive documents for formulary and restrictions policy data.
- Support automation workflows related to restrictions policy research.
- Contribute to ad-hoc research projects to meet client deliverables.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- BPharm, MPharm, or Pharmaceutical Sciences degree.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to understand and interpret clinical data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Market Access, Managed Care data, or PBM.
- Experience in collaborative team environments.
- Ability to adapt to evolving client and healthcare market demands.
Location & Salary
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Locations: Bangalore (DRG) or Hyderabad
- Shift: 12 PM to 9 PM IST
- Salary: As per company norms.
