Job Role & Responsibilities

• Support formulation development activities to understand key processes and technologies.
• Assist in product development for regulatory submissions.
• Follow and maintain all relevant SOPs, formats, protocols, manuals and GMP guidelines.
• Maintain lab notebooks, documentation and technology transfer documents (TTDs).
• Participate in experimental execution, observation recording and basic data interpretation.
• Support scale-up and troubleshooting activities under supervision.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) required.
• Basic knowledge of oral solid dosage forms including tablets, capsules and pellets.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proactive, assertive and comfortable working in a dynamic R&D environment.
• Freshers eligible; no prior experience required.

Relevant Courses: M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Pharm Industrial Pharmacy, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Technology.
