Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (Formulation / Microbiology) – Technical Assistant / Executive

Qualification: BSc, BPharm, MSc, MPharm
Experience: 1–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis using HPLC, GC, FP, IP, raw material (RM) and packing material (PM) testing.
• Perform analytical stability studies and analytical method transfers.
• Handle environment monitoring, media preparation, autoclaving, MLT, BET, and sterility testing.
• Support data documentation and instrument qualification.

Quality Assurance (Formulation) – Technical Assistant / Executive

Qualification: BSc, BPharm, MSc, MPharm
Experience: 1–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage equipment qualification and QA documentation.
• Perform IPQA activities and QMS functions including change control, CAPA, deviations, and audit responses.
• Support process validation, cleaning validation, APQR preparation, and audit readiness.

Manufacturing – Tablet (Granulation / Compression / Coating)

Qualification: BPharm, MPharm
Experience: 1–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate granulation, compression, coating, and Glatt equipment.
• Execute OSD manufacturing processes with adherence to SOPs and BMR accuracy.
• Monitor in-process checks, yields, and equipment performance.

Packaging – Blister / Bottle / Track & Trace

Qualification: BSc, BPharm, MSc, MPharm
Experience: 1–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate blister and bottle packing lines.
• Manage Track & Trace systems and SAP transactions.
• Maintain batch packing documentation and ensure label, seal, and artwork compliance.
