Job Role & Responsibilities

Naprod is hiring for several core departments. Roles vary by function and experience level.

1. Engineering – AC Technician / Utility Officer

Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: 2–4 years
Vacancies: 1
Responsibilities:

• Operating and maintaining HVAC systems and utility equipment
• Supporting preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities
• Ensuring compliance with safety and engineering SOPs

2. Production (Injectable) – Officer / Sr. Officer

Qualification: ITI RAC
Experience: Fresher to 3 years
Vacancies: 3
Responsibilities:

• Supporting injectable production operations in a sterile setup
• Following SOPs, GMP, and batch processing requirements
• Assisting in equipment operation, line clearance, and documentation

3. Quality Control – Officer / Sr. Officer

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc
Experience: 2–5 years

Responsibilities:

• Performing analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Handling instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR
• Maintaining QC documentation and supporting QMS activities

4. Packing – Officer / Sr. Officer

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
Experience: 3–5 years

Responsibilities:

• Supervising packing lines and ensuring adherence to SOPs
• Performing in‑process checks and maintaining batch documentation
• Coordinating with QA for compliance and line clearance

5. Store – Officer

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 3–5 years

• Managing inventory, receipts, and material issuance
