Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC) – Sakodara Plant

Officer / Sr. Officer (2–5 years)

• Perform analysis of packing materials, raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Work with analytical instruments including UV, IR, KF, Polarimeter, Titration systems.
• Handle sampling, release of packaging materials, and documentation.
• Prepare SOPs, specifications (RM/PM/IP/FP), stability protocols, and MOA.
• Support method transfer, method verification, and API verification.
• Ensure compliance with EU, MHRA, USFDA, and ANVISA requirements.

Executive / Sr. Executive (5–7 years)

• Conduct RM sampling and analysis using HPLC, GC, IR, KF, UV, Dissolution.
• Manage FP/IP/Stability testing and overall GLP compliance.
• Plan AMT, AMV, and method transfer activities.
• Prepare and review MOA, protocols, and analytical documentation.
• Maintain cGMP, GLP, ALCOA++, and GDP compliance.

Analytical Development (ADL) – Changodar R&D Unit

Officer to Sr. Executive (2–6 years)

• Develop analytical methods for assay, dissolution, related substances, and routine testing.
• Execute method validation, verification, and transfer.
• Support multimedia dissolution and R&D stability studies.
• Prepare STPs, specifications, validation protocols, and reports.
• Maintain GLP/GDP standards during raw data documentation.

Formulation Development (FD) – Changodar R&D Unit

Officer to Sr. Executive (2–6 years)

• Develop parenteral and ophthalmic formulations for generic and 505(b)(2) pathways.
• Review literature and evaluate new technologies or excipients.
• Prepare MFR, PDR, SOPs, and tech-transfer documents.
• Support scale-up, exhibit batches, and plant tech-transfer.
• Collaborate with Analytical, QA, RA, and Production teams.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• M.Sc / M.Pharm (mandatory for QC, ADL, FD roles).
• Experience: 2–7 years depending on position.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, GLP, GDP, ALCOA++.
• Hands-on exposure to analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution.
• Regulatory exposure is essential for QC roles.

Location & Salary

• QC Location: Sakodara, Ahmedabad.
• ADL & FD Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad.
• Salary offered as per industry standards and candidate experience.
