Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be trained and deployed in Fermentation Production (Upstream) operations at the Dahej manufacturing facility.
Key responsibilities and learning areas include:
- Media preparation and sterilization for fermentation processes
- Inoculum development and scale-up operations
n- Operation and monitoring of fermentation batches - Monitoring critical process parameters such as pH, temperature, agitation, and aeration
- Maintaining batch manufacturing records and production documentation
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Supporting routine production activities in upstream bioprocessing
This role plays a crucial part in biologics and API manufacturing, contributing directly to quality-driven pharmaceutical production.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. Biotechnology
- B.Tech. Biotechnology
- M.Sc. Biotechnology
- M.Sc. Microbiology
Relevant courses include:
Biotechnology, Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, Bioprocess Technology, Molecular Biology
Candidate Criteria
- Fresher pass-outs only
- Strong interest in fermentation and bioprocess manufacturing
- Willingness to work in shifts and plant-based environments
- Commitment to building a long-term career in pharma manufacturing
Note: Only male candidates are eligible for this role as per plant requirements.
