Job Role & Responsibilities

Lupin Diagnostics is hiring for Field Sales Executive / Field Sales Officer roles across West, South, East, and Central India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting diagnostic services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners
• Developing and managing referral networks
• Achieving assigned sales targets and territory objectives
• Conducting regular field visits and relationship management
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Reporting market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences preferred)
• Prior experience in diagnostic sales, pharma sales, or healthcare marketing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
