Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC – Formulation)

Experience: 1–5 Years
Designations: Operator, Jr. Officer, Officer, Jr. Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of In‑Process, Finished Products, Raw Materials, and Stability samples
• Operation and troubleshooting of HPLC, GC, and microbiology instruments
• Execution of validation, stability studies, and routine QC testing
• Documentation as per cGMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements

Analytical R&D – OSD (ARD)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytical method development and validation for solid oral dosage forms
• Stability analysis and finished goods testing
• Handling HPLC‑based analysis and regulatory‑ready documentation
• Supporting method transfer and analytical investigations

Production – OSD

Experience: 0–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Granulation, coating, blending, and compression activities
• Line operations as per approved BMRs and SOPs
• Maintaining production documentation in compliance with cGMP
• Supporting batch execution and troubleshooting

Packing – OSD

Experience: 0–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Blister packing, bottle packing, and bulk packing operations
• Hands‑on experience with ELMACH‑3522 and IMA‑PG packing machines
• Line clearance, in‑process checks, and online documentation

Eligibility / Qualifications

Eligible qualifications include:

ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Pharm

Mandatory Requirements:

• Prior experience in OSD formulation only
• Instrument exposure to HPLC and/or GC is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred (joining bonus applicable)
