Job Role & Responsibilities

ADL (Analytical Development Lab)

• Perform analytical method development and validation for pharmaceutical formulations
• Conduct impurity profiling including genotoxic impurities
• Handle techniques related to NIRA, EIRA, and advanced analytical methods
• Support stability studies and regulatory documentation
• Maintain lab records as per GLP and regulatory standards

Formulation & Development (F&D)

• Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations (especially liquid oral)
• Conduct trials and scale-up studies
• Ensure product quality, stability, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with analytical and production teams

Project Management

• Coordinate cross-functional pharma development projects
• Monitor timelines, documentation, and deliverables
• Support regulatory submissions and product lifecycle management

These roles play a critical role in drug development, quality compliance, and bringing safe pharmaceutical products to market.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must have completed:

M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences), MBA (for Project Management roles)

Relevant courses include: Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Pharmacy, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs

• ADL Roles: 1 to 12 years experience depending on designation
• F&D Roles: 2 to 4 years experience (Formulation experience mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of formulation development and analytical techniques
• Experience in liquid oral dosage forms preferred
