Job Role & Responsibilities
Production Supervisor
Experience: 2–6 years
Qualification: ITI-AOCP, B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production activities in chemical process operations
- Ensure batch execution as per approved process parameters and safety guidelines
- Monitor plant equipment, utilities, and manpower utilization
- Maintain production records, shift logs, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety norms, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Lab Chemist
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory analysis for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Operate analytical instruments including HPLC and GC
- Conduct chemical testing and result interpretation as per SOPs
- Maintain laboratory documentation and analytical records
- Support quality control and process troubleshooting activities
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the agrochemical or chemical process industry.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational background: ITI-AOCP, Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry
- Relevant experience in chemical manufacturing or agrochemical plants preferred
- Sound knowledge of production processes or analytical laboratory operations
- Willingness to work in shift-based manufacturing environments
