Job Role & Responsibilities

Synergen Bio is hiring for the position of Operator – LC-MS/MS at its Pune facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation and routine handling of LC-MS/MS instruments for bioanalytical studies
• Execution of method development, method validation, and study sample analysis
• Performing analysis in compliance with approved methods, study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
• Accurate recording, review, and compilation of raw analytical data
• Ensuring compliance with audit observations and corrective actions from QA and QC
• Calibration, routine checks, and preventive maintenance of analytical instruments
• Strict adherence to data integrity, ALCOA+, and documentation requirements
• Working in compliance with USFDA, EMA, and ICH regulatory expectations
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant study execution

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS operations
• Strong exposure to regulated bioanalytical or pharmaceutical environments
• Proven understanding of global regulatory guidelines and audit readiness

Preferred Profile:

• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
