Job Role & Responsibilities

Marksans Pharma is hiring across multiple levels within Production OSD, Softgel, and Packing departments.

Shift In-Charge / Officer – Production & Packing

Experience: 2–12 years
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production operations for OSD and soft gelatin dosage forms
• Manage shift activities, manpower allocation, and line clearance
• Operate and monitor equipment such as granulators, compression machines, coating pans, encapsulation units, and packing lines
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, data integrity, and safety requirements
• Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and production documentation
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams to resolve deviations and improve efficiency

Operator – Production & Packing

Experience: 1–5 years
Qualification: ITI, Diploma, HSC

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production and packing equipment including granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, wruster/pallet coating, gelatin processing, drying, inspection, blister packing, cartonator, bottle filling, strip packing, labeling, and foil printing machines
• Perform routine in-process checks and online documentation
• Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety procedures during operations
• Support cleaning, setup, and changeover activities

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (OSD / Softgel / Packing)
• Strong understanding of GMP, production processes, and equipment handling
• Willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets

Relevant Courses

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical, HSC.
