Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Manager – Production Department (1 Position | 9–12 Years)

The Production Manager will lead day-to-day injectable production operations and ensure regulatory compliance across manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily production activities and batch planning
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, and regulatory guidelines
• Managing manpower, shift allocation, and shop-floor discipline
• Monitoring aseptic practices, machine operations, and output
• Ensuring safety, hygiene, and adherence to SOPs
• Handling production documentation and audit readiness

Production Chemist – Officer to Executive (3 Positions | 1–5 Years)

This role involves execution and monitoring of injectable production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing production activities as per approved procedures
• Maintaining batch manufacturing records and documentation
• Following GMP, GDP, and aseptic behavior practices
• Handling skilled and unskilled manpower on the shop floor
• Supporting process improvements and deviation handling

Packing Officer to Executive – Packing Department (2 Positions | 2–5 Years)

The Packing professional will supervise and coordinate injectable packing operations.
