Job Role & Responsibilities
Business Development Manager – International Business
The Business Development Manager will lead international sales expansion, distributor management, and market development activities across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing international business strategies for pharma products
- Managing distributors, channel partners, and key stakeholders in overseas markets
- Driving sales growth across infusion and injectable portfolios
- Promoting brands through scientific and data-driven engagement
- Coordinating with regulatory, supply chain, and marketing teams
- Analyzing market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
- Handling international travel for business meetings, audits, and market development
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc, B.Pharm with M.Sc, M.Pharm, or MBA
Relevant Courses Accepted:
B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm, MBA (Marketing), MBA (International Business), MBA (Pharmaceutical Management)
Experience Profile:
- Sales Manager, Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM), or Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
- Prior experience in pharma sales or international business preferred
