Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Granulation / Compression / Coating (Operator / Executive)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating granulation, compression, and coating equipment as per SOPs
• Handling RMG, FBP, FBD, Wurster coating, and roll compactor operations
• Executing compression activities using Hata, Fette, Korsch, Sejong, Killian, and Cadmach machines
• Performing coating operations on Ohara, Glatt, ACG Smart, Gansons, and Bectochem equipment
• Maintaining batch manufacturing records and production documentation
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards

Packing – Bottle / Blister (Operator / Executive)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating bottle and blister packing lines
• Handling cartonator and labeling machines such as BQS, CVC, IMA PG, Uhlman
• Monitoring packing productivity and line efficiency
• Maintaining packing records and reconciliation documents
• Ensuring GMP compliance during packing operations

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education:
ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm, B.Sc, B.Pharm

Relevant Courses Accepted:
ITI (Pharmaceutical / Mechanical / Electrical), Diploma in Pharmacy, Diploma in Engineering, D.Pharm, B.Sc, B.Pharm

Experience Requirement:
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in OSD formulation manufacturing

Mandatory Requirement:

• Only candidates with Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulation experience are eligible
• Willingness to work in shift operations
