Job Role & Responsibilities

Axis Clinicals is hiring for multiple departments through this walk-in drive. Selected candidates will undergo role-specific training and will be expected to contribute actively to day-to-day operations under established SOPs and regulatory frameworks.

Bioanalytical – Trainee Research Associate

• Perform routine bioanalytical sample processing and laboratory activities
• Support method development, validation, and sample analysis
• Maintain laboratory documentation and data records as per GLP and GCP guidelines
• Assist senior analysts in bioanalytical research projects
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards

Quality Control & Pharmacist (Dual Role)

• Perform quality control checks on pharmaceutical and clinical materials
• Maintain pharmacy-related documentation and compliance records
• Handle dispensing, storage, and inventory as per regulatory norms
• Support audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews

Translator (Telugu & Hindi)

• Translate clinical, regulatory, and operational documents accurately
• Support multilingual communication requirements for study documentation
• Assist teams in ensuring language accuracy in reports and records

Instrumentation Executive

• Handle installation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments
• Troubleshoot electronic and analytical equipment
• Maintain instrument logs, validation documents, and service records
• Support laboratory operations through technical expertise

Medical Writer

• Prepare clinical study documents, protocols, reports, and summaries
• Support regulatory and scientific documentation requirements

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria based on the role applied for:

• Bioanalytical – Trainee Research Associate: M.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Organic Chemistry, M.Pharm, B.Pharm
• QC & Pharmacist (Dual Role): B.Pharm with valid PCI registration (mandatory)
• Translator: Any graduate with proficiency in Telugu and Hindi
• Instrumentation Executive: B.Tech in Electronics or related discipline
• Medical Writer: Pharm.D, M.Pharm

Additional eligibility requirements:

• Male candidates only
• Candidates from 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-out batches
• All relevant educational certificates must be available
• Willingness to commit for a minimum of two years with the organization
