Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected apprentices will be trained across core pharmaceutical functions based on departmental allocation:
Production Department
- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations under GMP guidelines
- Assist in handling production equipment and batch processes
- Learn documentation practices including batch manufacturing records
- Follow safety, quality, and compliance protocols on the shop floor
Quality Control / QC Microbiology (Male candidates only)
- Assist in routine quality control testing and analysis
- Support microbiological activities such as environmental monitoring and media handling
- Learn sample documentation, data recording, and compliance requirements
- Adhere to GLP and laboratory safety practices
Quality Assurance
- Support QA documentation and review activities
- Assist in GMP compliance, SOP handling, and audit readiness
- Learn deviation handling, change control basics, and quality systems
Engineering Department
- Assist in maintenance and utility operations
- Support electrical and mechanical maintenance activities
- Learn preventive maintenance documentation and safety procedures
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational qualifications eligible for this apprentice program include:
- M.Pharm, B.Pharm
- M.Sc, B.Sc
- B.E Electrical
- B.E Mechanical
Additional eligibility criteria:
- Freshers are eligible to apply
- Candidates who passed after the year 2020
- Willingness to work in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
