Job Role & Responsibilities

Trainee / Officer / Executive (Sales & Operations)

• Support pharmaceutical sales and marketing activities across assigned territories
• Assist in product promotion, doctor engagement, and channel coordination
• Maintain sales records, reporting, and market intelligence
• Participate in training programs related to product knowledge and compliance

Executive / Senior Executive – Sales

• Drive regional sales targets and business development initiatives
• Manage key accounts, distributors, and institutional clients
• Execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Mentor junior team members and support territory expansion
• Ensure adherence to pharma regulatory and ethical sales standards

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Background: M.Pharm, MBA (Pharma/Marketing/Operations)
• Experience:
  • Trainee / Officer / Executive: Fresher to 3 years
  • Executive / Senior Executive (Sales): Minimum 5+ years in pharma industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Relevant Courses: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Management), MBA (Pharma Management, Marketing, Operations, Healthcare Management)
