Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Chemist

• Execute day-to-day production activities as per SOPs and batch manufacturing records
• Handle pharmaceutical manufacturing operations with strict GMP compliance
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform analysis using HPLC, wet chemistry, and GLP-compliant methods
• Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
• Maintain laboratory documentation and data integrity
• Support audits and regulatory inspections

Production Operators

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Follow GMP and safety procedures on the shop floor
• Assist in routine manufacturing and packaging activities

Engineering Roles

• ETP/STP operations, maintenance, and compliance
• Engineering QMS documentation and change control handling
• Support equipment qualification and utility systems

Analytical R&D (ARD)

• Method development and validation using chromatographic techniques
• Stability studies and analytical troubleshooting
• Exposure to inhalation and nasal product development preferred
• Support regulatory submissions and technical documentation

Eligibility / Qualifications

Relevant courses include:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry), Diploma in Engineering, ITI, B.Tech, M.Tech

• Production Chemist: B.Pharm with 2–3 years pharma experience
• QC Professionals: 3–10 years experience with GLP, HPLC exposure
• Production Operators: Diploma / ITI (Freshers preferred)
• Engineering: Relevant engineering qualification with pharma exposure
• AR&D Senior: 8–10 years method development experience
• AR&D Junior: 1–3 years analytical development experience
