Job Role & Responsibilities

Injectable Manufacturing Roles

• Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing processes in parenteral production areas
• Hands-on involvement in vial filling, bag filling, filtration, sealing, and compounding
• Execute batch manufacturing operations including autoclave handling and terminal sterilization
• Work on production lines such as Vials, Bags, PFS, LYO, Microspheres, and Cartridges
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, ALCOA, and aseptic processing standards
• Perform production documentation and support QMS activities

Injectable Packing & Visual Inspection Roles

• Execute packing line operations and visual inspection (MVI/AVI)
• Operate and monitor packing equipment for sterile injectables
• Perform in-process checks and ensure line clearance compliance
• Support deviation handling, change control, and machine qualification activities

Apprentice – Manufacturing & Packing

• Assist senior operators in sterile manufacturing and packing activities
• Gain hands-on exposure to injectable production operations
• Follow GMP, safety, and documentation requirements

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education:
Diploma in Pharmacy, Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm, B.E

Experience:

• Operator / Assistant / Associate / Supervisor / Officer / Executive: 1–8 years
• Apprentice roles: Freshers eligible

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in sterile, parenteral, or injectable manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques, GMP, GDP, and ALCOA principles
• Exposure to vial and bag filling machines
• Understanding of production QMS, deviations, and documentation
