Job Role & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for end-to-end product management activities within the Cardio-Diabetic Division. Key responsibilities include:

• Product planning, brand positioning, and lifecycle management for cardio-diabetic brands
• Developing annual and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Preparing MR inputs such as LBLs, visual aids, promotional literature, training modules, and digital marketing content
• Supporting doctor engagement initiatives, CMEs, and scientific promotional programs
• Conducting competitor analysis and identifying new product opportunities
• Coordinating with sales, supply chain, regulatory, finance, and production teams
• Monitoring market trends, forecasting demand, and reviewing sales performance
• Supporting successful product launches and post-launch brand optimization

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc (Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or related streams) with MBA in Marketing, MBA in Pharma Management

Experience Requirements

• Executive – 2 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or marketing support roles
• Manager – 8 to 10 years of experience in PMT, brand management, or strategic marketing within pharma

Experience in cardio-diabetic, chronic therapy, or ethical pharmaceutical marketing will be a strong advantage.
