Job Role & Responsibilities

Apprentice – Production

• Assisting in day-to-day pharmaceutical production activities
• Learning manufacturing processes and batch documentation
• Supporting GMP-compliant operations under supervision
• Adhering to safety, quality, and compliance requirements

Apprentice – Packing

• Supporting secondary and tertiary packing operations
• Learning labelling, packaging, and serialization processes
• Maintaining packing records and documentation
• Following GMP and data integrity practices

Apprentice – Quality

• Assisting in basic quality documentation activities
• Supporting compliance checks and record maintenance
• Learning GMP, SOPs, and quality systems
• Coordinating with production and QC teams as required

Educational Qualification

ITI, Diploma, B.Sc (Chemistry)

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers only
• Passed out in the years 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025
• No prior work experience
• Not enrolled under ESIC or EPF

Location & Stipend

The apprentice positions are based at Gland Pharma’s Dundigal and Pashamylaram plants in Hyderabad. Stipend will be paid as per the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme norms. Detailed stipend and engagement terms will be explained during the walk-in process.
