Job Role & Responsibilities

EHS – Environment (Chemist / Senior Chemist)

• Operation and monitoring of Stripper, MEE, ATFD, BIO ETP, and RO plants
• Preparation of daily logs, monthly and yearly environmental reports
• Environmental compliance documentation and MIS reporting
• Handling hazardous waste disposal and statutory records

EHS – Safety (Chemist / Senior Chemist)

• Implementation of work permit systems and LOTO procedures
• Monitoring hydrant operations and emergency preparedness
• Identifying unsafe conditions and unsafe acts
• Conducting safety trainings and PPE compliance checks

Central Warehouse – Officer / Executive

• Material receipt, storage, and dispensing activities
• SAP-based inventory management (mandatory SAP knowledge)
• Coordination with production and quality teams

Warehouse – Officer

• Issuance of raw materials to production as per indent
• SAP MM module operations and documentation
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance records

Quality Assurance – Chemist / Executive

• Handling QMS activities and in-process quality assurance (IPQA)
• Supporting deviations, change control, and documentation
• Ensuring GMP compliance across API operations

Quality Control – Chemist / Senior Chemist

• Performing analytical testing using HPLC and GC
• Analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished APIs
• Maintaining GLP-compliant laboratory documentation

Engineering – Utilities Engineer

• Operation and maintenance of purified water systems and clean steam
• Handling boiler and utility equipment
• Supporting utility qualification and routine maintenance activities

Production – Chemist / Senior Chemist

• Operating reactors, centrifuges, and dryers
• Executing batch manufacturing activities
• Ensuring GMP compliance and production documentation

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• EHS, QA, Production: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech (Chemistry)
• QC: B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry)
• Engineering Utilities: ITI, Diploma, B.Tech
• Warehouse: MBA, M.Com, B.Com, B.Sc

Experience Requirement

• EHS (Environment): 1–4 years
• EHS (Safety): 1–5 years
• Central Warehouse: 3–5 years
• Warehouse Officer: 2–5 years
• Quality Assurance: 2–5 years
• Quality Control: 2–5 years
• Utilities Engineer: 2–10 years
• Production: 1–4 years

API manufacturing experience is required. Male candidates only, as per organizational requirement.
