Job Role & Responsibilities

IPQA Chemist

• Perform in-process quality assurance activities during manufacturing and packing operations
• Monitor critical process parameters and ensure batch compliance
• Review and verify batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR)
• Handle deviations, change controls, and in-process checks as per SOPs
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC teams for smooth batch execution

Trainee Chemist – Production / QA / QC

• Assist senior staff in production, quality assurance, or quality control activities
• Support documentation, sampling, and routine operational tasks
• Learn and follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety procedures
• Participate in day-to-day manufacturing, testing, or compliance activities
• Gain hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical processes and quality systems

Labelling Machine Operator

• Operate and maintain labelling machines as per SOPs
• Ensure correct label application and batch traceability
• Perform routine checks and minor troubleshooting of equipment
• Maintain production and packaging records accurately
• Follow GMP and safety guidelines during packaging operations

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• IPQA Chemist: B.Pharm
• Trainee Chemist (Production / QA / QC): B.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc
• Labelling Machine Operator: Relevant technical qualification or experience in pharma packaging

Relevant courses include:
B.Pharm, B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences

Experience Requirements

• IPQA Chemist: 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Trainee Chemist: Freshers or entry-level candidates with relevant educational background
• Labelling Machine Operator: 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging operations
