Job Role & Responsibilities

Purchase Officer

• Handle procurement of raw materials, solvents, and packaging materials
• Vendor evaluation, negotiation, and cost optimization
• Coordination with production, QA, and finance teams
• Inventory planning and supply chain documentation

Business Development Executive (Domestic & International)

• Identify new business opportunities in domestic and export markets
• Coordinate with clients for product inquiries and technical discussions
• Support pricing strategies, contracts, and order execution
• Market research for pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs

Admin & Logistics Officer

• Manage administrative operations and factory logistics
• Coordination with transporters, warehouses, and vendors
• Documentation related to dispatch, inward, and outward logistics
• Support statutory and compliance-related administrative tasks

Production Executive

• Support API/intermediate manufacturing operations
• Monitoring batch manufacturing activities as per SOPs
• Documentation of batch records and process parameters
• Ensuring adherence to GMP and safety guidelines

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Requirements

• Purchase Officer: M.Sc, Supply Chain Management
• Business Development Executive: BBA, MBA, M.Pharm
• Admin & Logistics Officer: M.Com, Logistics Management
• Production Executive: M.Sc

Relevant courses include:
M.Sc Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Supply Chain Management, BBA, MBA, M.Pharm, M.Com, Logistics & Operations Management

Experience Requirements

• Purchase Officer: 1–3 years
• Business Development Executive: 0–2 years (office-based, no fieldwork)
• Admin & Logistics Officer: 1–3 years
• Production Executive: 1–3 years
