Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be part of the Organic Chemistry department and will work on laboratory‑based research and development activities aligned with pharmaceutical and chemical projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing organic synthesis and reaction optimization under defined protocols
- Executing laboratory experiments and documenting results accurately
- Handling analytical techniques related to organic chemistry
- Supporting process development and scale‑up activities
- Maintaining laboratory records, batch records, and experimental data
- Following safety guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards
- Collaborating with senior scientists and cross‑functional teams
