Job Role & Responsibilities
Sycon is hiring for Analyst and Senior Analyst roles in the Bioanalytical Department. The responsibilities span routine analysis, method development, documentation, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bioanalytical sample analysis using LC-MS/MS
- Support method development and method validation activities
- Conduct subject sample analysis in compliance with approved protocols
- Prepare and maintain analytical documentation and raw data
- Perform data review and support data integrity requirements
- Handle analytical instruments, including routine troubleshooting and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with bioanalytical SOPs and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study timelines and deliverables
These roles directly support regulated bioanalytical studies and contribute to high-quality, compliant research outcomes.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Requirements
B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, or other relevant life science qualifications
Experience Requirements
- Freshers to 5 years of relevant bioanalytical experience
- Senior Analyst roles require prior experience in a bioanalytical laboratory environment
- Strong understanding of bioanalytical workflows and data integrity practices
Desired Skills
- Hands-on exposure to LC-MS/MS systems
