Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – OSD & Injectable (Officer / Senior Officer)

Selected candidates will be responsible for supervising and executing pharmaceutical manufacturing operations across OSD and injectable sections. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling OSD operations such as granulation, compression, coating, packing, and ointment manufacturing
• Managing sterile and general manufacturing operations
• Supervising injectable operations including aseptic processing, SIP, CIP, batch manufacturing, and dry powder injections
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs, BMRs, and GMP guidelines
• Coordinating with QA for line clearance and batch documentation

Production – OSD & Injectable (Operator)

Operators will support hands-on manufacturing activities on the shop floor. Responsibilities include:

• Operating granulation, compression, and mixing equipment
• Supporting sterile manufacturing and tube filling operations
• Handling injectable mixing and dry powder operations
• Maintaining equipment cleanliness and area hygiene
• Following shift schedules and safety procedures

Warehouse – RM & PM Store

Warehouse professionals will manage material storage and movement. Responsibilities include:

• Handling raw material and packing material stores
• Inward, outward, and inventory control activities
• Documentation and coordination with production teams
• Ensuring GMP-compliant storage and traceability

Packing – OSD (Operator)

Packing operators will manage secondary packaging operations. Responsibilities include:

• Operating auto carton, strip, blister, and dry syrup machines
• Performing packing activities as per SOPs
• Maintaining packing documentation and reconciliation
• Supporting shift-based packing targets

Quality Assurance (QA)

QA professionals will ensure product quality and system compliance. Responsibilities include:

• Handling AQA, APGR, documentation, validation, and QMS activities
• Reviewing batch records and GMP documentation
• Managing deviations, CAPA, and change control
• Supporting POA-050 and injectable quality systems
• Participating in internal and external audits

Quality Control (QC)

QC professionals will be responsible for analytical and laboratory activities. Responsibilities include:

• Testing of raw materials, finished products, and packing materials
• Performing GLP activities using HPLC (mandatory)
• Supporting microbiology testing (preferred)
• Ensuring data integrity and laboratory compliance
• Maintaining analytical documentation and records

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Com, BBA, ITI, Diploma

Experience Requirements:

• Production Officer/Sr. Officer: 1 to 5 years
• Production Operator: 2 to 6 years
• Warehouse Officer: 1 to 5 years
• Packing Operator: 1 to 5 years
• QA Officer/Executive: 1 to 7 years
• QC Officer/Sr. Officer: 1 to 5 years

Candidates must have relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality operations.
