Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – API & API Intermediates

Professionals joining the Production department will be responsible for executing day-to-day manufacturing operations related to API and intermediate synthesis. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting API and intermediate manufacturing operations
• Handling reactors and production equipment under supervision
• Executing production activities as per batch manufacturing records
• Monitoring critical process parameters and safety controls
• Ensuring adherence to SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Maintaining production area cleanliness and discipline
• Coordinating with quality teams for sampling and documentation

This role provides strong exposure to industrial-scale API manufacturing processes and prepares candidates for advanced production responsibilities.

Research & Development (R&D)

Candidates selected for R&D roles will support laboratory-scale development and process improvement activities. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in process development and optimization studies
