Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) – Officer / Junior Executive
Selected candidates will be responsible for routine and advanced quality control testing to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance. The role plays a critical part in maintaining analytical integrity and supporting batch release activities. Key responsibilities include:
• Performing analytical testing using HPLC and GC instruments
• Conducting in-process, finished product, and stability sample analysis
• Executing wet analysis and physicochemical testing
• Handling IF and FP testing as per approved specifications
• Maintaining compliance with GLP and GMP requirements
• Preparing and reviewing analytical documentation and test reports
• Supporting laboratory investigations, deviations, and OOS handling
• Ensuring calibration, maintenance, and proper use of analytical instruments
• Supporting internal, customer, and regulatory audits
This role provides strong exposure to regulated QC operations and analytical technologies widely used in the pharmaceutical industry.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related disciplines)
Experience Requirements:
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality control
• Hands-on exposure to HPLC and GC is mandatory
• Experience in stability studies, wet analysis, and routine QC testing is preferred
Skills & Competencies:
• Sound understanding of GMP and GLP practices
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements
• Ability to work in a team-oriented laboratory environment
