Job Role & Responsibilities

Hetero is hiring experienced professionals across Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance departments for its OSD facility.

Production Department – OSD

Position: Operator / Senior Operator / Officer

Experience: 1 to 7 Years

Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc

Area of Working

• Operating compression and granulation equipment
• Executing OSD manufacturing activities as per SOPs
• Maintaining batch manufacturing records and logbooks
• Ensuring adherence to cGMP and data integrity guidelines
• Supporting line clearance, cleaning, and changeover activities

Quality Control Department – OSD

Position: Officer / Junior Executive / Executive

Experience: 1 to 7 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc

Area of Working

• Sampling and analysis of raw materials and finished products
• Stability studies and in-process testing
• Operating analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC
• Handling IP/FP, method transfer, and method validation activities
• Maintaining GMP-compliant laboratory documentation

Quality Assurance Department – OSD

Position: Officer / Junior Executive / Executive

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc

Area of Working

• In-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities
• QA documentation including APQR and MPR
• Supporting qualification and validation activities
• Handling deviations, CAPA, and audit readiness

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education

ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc

Required Experience

• 1–7 years for Production and Quality Control roles
• 2–5 years for Quality Assurance roles

Desired Skills
