Job Role & Responsibilities
Production Technician – OSD Formulation
Selected candidates will be responsible for executing core production activities in compliance with cGMP and USFDA requirements. This role demands hands-on technical skills and strong discipline in documentation and process adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of OSD manufacturing equipment for granulation, compression, and coating
- Monitoring critical process parameters during batch execution
- Maintaining batch manufacturing records (BMR) accurately
- Following SOPs, safety guidelines, and data integrity practices
- Supporting validation, scale-up, and audit readiness activities
- Coordinating with QA and engineering teams during production activities
Mandatory USFDA exposure is required for this role, making it suitable for candidates with experience in regulated pharmaceutical plants.
Production Apprentice – OSD Formulation
This role is designed for freshers and entry-level candidates who want structured training in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior operators in production activities
- Learning granulation, blending, compression, and packing processes
- Understanding GMP documentation and compliance practices
- Supporting routine cleaning, line clearance, and safety procedures

Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
Candidates must have completed one of the following qualifications:
- ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical, or related trades)
- Diploma in Pharmacy
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
- D.Pharm
- B.Pharm
- B.Sc
- Any Graduate with relevant production exposure
(All qualifications must be from recognized institutions.)
Experience Criteria
- Production Technician: 1 to 5 years of experience in OSD formulation manufacturing with mandatory USFDA exposure
- Production Apprentice: Freshers are eligible
