Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Officer / Executive

Department: Production (Formulations)

Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years

Preferred Industry: Pharmaceutical manufacturing – Solid Oral Dosage (OSD)

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing primary and secondary packing activities as per approved SOPs
• Performing manufacturing operations including granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling
• Ensuring accurate documentation in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
• Maintaining compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements
• Supporting audits and inspections by regulatory authorities
• Coordinating with QA and QC teams to ensure smooth production operations
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts to meet production schedules

These roles play a direct role in ensuring consistent product quality and uninterrupted supply of essential medicines.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification

B Pharmacy

Relevant courses include:

BPharm, MPharm (Pharmaceutics), Diploma in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Experience Requirement

• 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulations manufacturing
