Job Role & Responsibilities

This walk-in drive covers multiple departments. Selected candidates will contribute directly to compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing and maintenance operations.

Production – Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)

• Operate granulation, compression, and related OSD equipment as per SOPs and BMRs
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and data integrity requirements
• Perform in-process checks and maintain batch manufacturing documentation
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

Quality Control – OSD

• Perform sampling, stability studies, and routine quality control testing
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments including HPLC and GC
• Conduct IP/FP analysis, method transfers, and method validations
• Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with GLP and regulatory expectations

Engineering

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment
• Handle maintenance of granulation, compression, coating, and packing machines
• Maintain HVAC systems and utility equipment
• Ensure equipment qualification, calibration, and compliance with engineering SOPs

Eligibility / Qualifications

Production (OSD)

• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc
• Experience: 2 to 9 years
• Positions: Operator, Senior Operator, Officer

Quality Control (OSD)

• Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc
• Experience: 3 to 9 years
• Positions: Officer, Junior Executive, Executive

Engineering

• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Tech
• Experience: 2 to 7 years
• Positions: Technician, Junior Engineer, Engineer

Relevant courses include: ITI (Fitter/Electrician/Mechanical), Diploma in Pharmacy, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical, B.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc Chemistry, B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical
