Job Role & Responsibilities

Mednext Biotech is hiring for multiple departments. Selected candidates will contribute directly to compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, and plant reliability.

Quality Assurance – Executive / Senior Executive

• Ensure implementation and maintenance of cGMP and quality management systems
• Handle deviations, change controls, CAPA, and investigations
• Review and approve batch manufacturing and packaging records
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
• Maintain documentation control and data integrity compliance

Quality Control – Executive / Senior Executive

• Perform routine and stability testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution systems
• Conduct method validation, method transfer, and analytical documentation
• Ensure GLP compliance and accurate laboratory record maintenance

Engineering – Senior Executive

• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Support installation, qualification, and calibration of plant equipment
• Maintain utilities including HVAC systems and process equipment
• Ensure engineering compliance with GMP and safety standards

Production – Officer

• Execute production activities as per SOPs and batch manufacturing records
• Operate and monitor equipment during manufacturing operations
• Maintain accurate production documentation and logbooks
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance requirements during shift operations

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Requirements

• QA / QC / Production: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc
• Engineering: Diploma, B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline)

Relevant courses include: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, B.Tech Mechanical, B.Tech Electrical

Experience Criteria

• QA / QC / Engineering: 4 to 6 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
• Production Officer: 1 to 2 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
