Job Role & Responsibilities
Manufacturing – Sterile / Parenteral Production
Designations: Operator, Officer, Executive
Experience: 2–8 Years
Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sterile and aseptic production activities in regulated injectable lines.
- Execute filling, sealing, and filtration processes as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Operate autoclaves and manage terminal sterilization cycles.
- Ensure compliance with Production QMS and GMP documentation practices.
- Maintain environmental discipline inside cleanroom and aseptic areas.
- Support ophthalmic, vial, PFS (Pre-Filled Syringe), LYO (Lyophilization), and cartridge lines.
Machine Exposure Preferred:
- Groninger, Optima, Bosch filling machines
- Dyno Tracking F&S machines
- Fedegari steam sterilizers
